Our Beginnings
Slack Serves, established in February 2021 by Robert Slack's visionary leaders, Dan Walters, CEO, and Lauren Bowen, COO, embodies our commitment to compassion and community. At its core, Slack Serves was born from the desire to support and uplift Robert Slack Group real estate agents and dedicated employees during their times of need. Our Emergency Assistance Fund provides a safety net for unforeseen emergencies or hardships, ensuring that our valued colleagues never face adversity alone.
Beyond financial assistance, Slack Serves is also a catalyst for community engagement. We believe in the transformative power of giving back, and our volunteer programs encourage our team members to actively participate in initiatives that resonate with their hearts. Through Slack Serves, we foster a culture of service and unity, empowering our team to make a tangible difference in the communities they call home.

What We Do
Support Our Team
Our emergency assistance fund provides financial support for our colleagues and their families who are experiencing life-altering emergencies and unexpected hardship. This program is funded by generous donations from our associates and matched monthly up to $2,500 by Robert Slack LLC.
Help Our Communities
We inspire our affiliates and employees to get involved in their communities to help those in need. We volunteer in different projects and causes through organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Foodbank, Coalition for the Homeless, Give Kids the World, Water Cleanups, and many others to help make a difference in the States of Florida, Georgia, and Colorado.

Who Can Donate?
All agents in all divisions, all Robert Slack employees, Florida Funding employees, Florida Title employees, and anyone outside of our company and affiliates who would like to contribute to this organization.
How Do You Donate?
A Contribution Form is available to all our associates and employees, allowing anyone to donate at closing, biweekly, weekly, monthly, or whenever your heart desires. Contact Robert Slack's Accounting Department to obtain it.
You can also donate via the FORM on this website. Lastly, you can send it via Slack Serves PayPal for a quick or one-time donation.
Who Can Receive a Donation?
Any associate, employee, or team member can receive monetary assistance in a time of unforeseen need. To apply for help from our SAF- slack assistance fund, complete the FORM or email us at info@slackserves.org.
The Board will review your need or any request to help in your community. Our committee and Board of Directors will make the final decision after evaluating the case.

Our Teams and Regions
Our work team has a great reach in the state of Florida, and soon, we will be expanding to Georgia and Colorado. We have divided the efforts per region, and a leader has been assigned per area to coordinate and collaborate with their local organizations. Each region has a chapter of Slack Serves that will select the organization(s) to work with.
